I have stayed at this hotel twice. The location is quite good, situated away from the city, providing privacy and tranquility. There is plenty of convenient parking available. The front desk staff are courteous and helpful. I booked through third-party apps and had no issues during check-in. Check-in time is 12 PM, and the process is straightforward and smooth. However, there is no bellboy to assist with luggage. I stayed in an executive room costing about 4K per night. At first glance, the room was spacious with ample storage. The floor, curtains, walls, sofa, and table were clean. The bed was neatly made. The lights, fans, and air conditioning worked well. The staff were respectful and not rude or creepy, which is very important. I felt safe and comfortable with good privacy, which is essential, especially in tier-2 cities. The complimentary breakfast was tasty. The ground floor coffee shop serves good mocha as well. Cons include: the washroom, though clean, had old and rusty fittings that need upgrading; the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting; food service was good but sometimes they forgot to bring some items with the order; room cleaning service was slow to respond to my requests, requiring two calls; pillow covers were stained and unattractive; and the restaurant food was bad, particularly the rice dishes.

We went to the restaurant five times; not all dishes were good, only a few met expectations. The washrooms on the second floor are dirty and always smell bad. The restaurant's atmosphere is okay.

The male staff members behave very poorly towards the female staff.

I recently went to my friend's engagement party held at the banquet hall of Hotel Krishna in Nizamabad. The hotel has a nice ambiance and is kept clean. The food served at the event was tasty and fresh. The staff were polite and handled the event efficiently. The banquet hall suits small to medium gatherings, comfortably fitting about 150–200 guests. Although the hall is somewhat compact, it is well-arranged and perfect for engagement parties, birthdays, and family events. Hotel Krishna is a popular hotel in Nizamabad, providing comfortable rooms, a restaurant, plenty of parking, and modern amenities for visitors. Located on Hyderabad Road, it is known for its cleanliness and convenient features. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would suggest it for small family occasions and celebrations.
