Pathetic experience, Rooms locks are not working. Hotel staff asks to adjust. Bad smell in all rooms. I haven't stayed at the hotel and no refund provided. Hotel manager is rude and tells lie to ixigo customer support.

Couple • India • Jun 2026I travelled from a foreign country with a confirmed booking made 4 days in advance. Upon arrival, I was told the hotel was full and my booking was not honoured. No one called, messaged, or emailed me beforehand.The staff were rude and unhelpful. I was also not comfortable with the overall atmosphere and would not consider it family-friendly.the treatment was also unexceptable..I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families..
