Terrible Hotel Experience

If you care about your dignity and want to use your money wisely, please choose a different hotel! This place is absolutely awful, especially the person at the front desk. The receptionist is rude and doesn't know how to treat guests. He acted like we were staying for free and he was footing the bill himself. Because of the front desk's unacceptable attitude, I strongly suggest avoiding this hotel. The other staff weren't as rude but still shamelessly asked for extra money as tips without any reason. The facilities are just as poor. The rooms are very small. The AC is unreliable, sometimes working and sometimes stopping. The bathrooms have a bad smell and cleanliness is neglected. I strongly advise saving your money and peace of mind by staying somewhere else.
