We booked a room on Agoda under a specific package deal. After reaching the hotel, they denied the booking and refused to allow check-in. They have done the same thing with many other guests.They continuously pressured us to take their rooms at a much higher price. They refused to honor the online price and also refused to cancel the booking from their side. I have been booking hotels for many years, this is my first time experiencing such harassment. Many people have been victims of this fraud. Plz don't book this fraud hotel ever.

Disappointing Stay Experience

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. For the price they ask for a deluxe room (3k), the room is tiny and disappointing. The reception staff are extremely rude. The complimentary breakfast only includes aloo and puri or aloo paratha, and they refuse to offer anything else, which is very frustrating. The food menu is overpriced given the hotel's quality. The food tastes terrible; I ordered white sauce pasta for Rs 368, and it was so bad I had to throw it away. Service is non-existent—no one attends to you no matter how many times you ask. High prices, very rude staff, poor food quality, and awful rooms. If you're visiting with family, you can find much better options in Siliguri for the same price. I was so disappointed that I checked out the next day and moved to another hotel.

Welcoming New Hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. It is a new property with a nice atmosphere and a good location. Mr. Moumit and all the front desk and service staff were very humble, polite, and excellent at welcoming guests to ensure a comfortable stay. It was a pleasant surprise to meet our 20-year-old friend Mr. Anupam Bhattacharya Da (former GM at Vinayak Hotel, Hotel Conclave, etc.) who is now the General Manager here. Wishing all the best!
