I had a highly disappointing stay at this property due to terrible amenities and unprofessional staff behavior.Power Issues: When I checked in, the electricity was out, and there was no power backup. When I asked about it, the staff rudely told me they had already used 3,000 rupees worth of diesel for just two rooms that morning and refused to turn the generator back on. They simply told me to "complain on the app or site." Throughout my stay, the power failed at least 15 to 20 times with no solution provided.Staff Behavior: The staff was incredibly arrogant and unhelpful. Instead of resolving issues, they brushed off complaints.Hygiene & Amenities: The room quality was highly substandard. The pillows, bedsheets, and blankets were incredibly dirty. Furthermore, only a single towel was provided for the entire stay.I strongly advise against booking this hotel. The lack of basic facilities and poor customer service made for a miserable stay
Only ganesh and TAI AND LOCAL SHIRDI cleaner bou is good,Room hasn't been cleaned 12/48 days and no water for 3 days no daily replenishment of towel soaps etc
