’’’’’ (3/5)Pros:’ Nice property with good ambience, clean rooms, and a good swimming pool.’ Paid ’1,500 extra per day for two children (including an extra bed) and received a Pool View room instead of a City View room.’ Buffet breakfast and dinner had a decent spread.’ Late checkout till 1 PM was appreciated.’ Sai Teerth Theme Park nearby is a must-visit attraction.Cons:’ The staff handling phone inquiries before booking was not very helpful and did not answer questions properly regarding hotel facilities, timings, and services.’ We specifically confirmed EV charging before booking, but on arrival found that guest EV charging was not available. We had to charge our EV twice at Marigold Regency and once at Sai Teerth Theme Park, which was inconvenient and disappointing.’ The shuttle driver advised us to leave our footwear at a shop far from the temple. In the afternoon heat, my family, including two young children, had to walk barefoot on scorching roads. Our feet got badly burned and remained painful for the rest of the day. Later we discovered that footwear and mobile deposit facilities were available much closer to the temple entrance. This inconvenience could have easily been avoided.’ ?? la carte food prices were extremely high and did not offer good value for money.’ After checkout, I called the hotel to report the temple drop-off issue and requested a callback. Despite being assured that someone would contact me, I never received any response.Special Mention:We had dinner at Marigold Regency next door and had a very positive experience. The staff were welcoming, offered us a discount on the buffet, and made both our children complimentary. Their hospitality left a much better impression on us.Overall:The property, rooms, and facilities are good, but poor communication over the phone, incorrect information about EV charging, the uncomfortable temple drop-off experience, expensive food, and lack of follow-up on guest concerns impacted our stay. A good property that could offer a much better guest experience with improved service and communication.

I have stayed multiple times at this hotel, and the experience has always been consistently good. It is truly one of the best hotels in Shirdi. The suite rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent, being close to the temple, and the complimentary pick and drop service is very convenient. The food served is purely vegetarian, with decent taste and a good spread. The hotel also has a large swimming pool and a huge lawn for relaxation. It offers decent recreational facilities suitable for families. One major drawback, however, is the extremely small bed size, which is disappointing given the large suite rooms. Overall, it is a good choice for a comfortable family stay.

I went to the Sun and Sand hotel in late October last year .The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Ram, Amul and Prashant were on my floor, they were very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The hotel food was excellent, the chefs were great. Overall, the experience was brilliant. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who visits Shirdi.
