Marigold - Newly Renovated Hotel

Excellent dining experience! The food at the hotel was very good, with authentic flavors and great taste. Head Chef Mr. Deva takes special care to ensure the quality and authenticity of every dish. I thoroughly enjoyed both the buffet breakfast and dinner during my stay. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates delicious and authentic cuisine.

Rooms are very smallI reached at 5.00 pm still room was not ready. But they wanted me to check out on time.People at reception were not very polite.Food quality and quantity is good but room service again was let down.Serve cold prantha for room service.Cafe is good.But hospitality, smiling faces and eager to help was completely missing.No spritual environment.I am staying in st lauran for last 10 years.First time try this hotel as rooms were not available. The hotel is good and the location is excellent, especially being so close to the temple. The food deserves a 10/10. The overall ambiance is pleasant, and the complimentary ride to the temple is a really nice and generous touch.The bathrooms were clean and decent enough. However, there were a few downsides. The bed sheets didn’t seem new or properly clean and had some stains on them. The room service was quite slow’I had to call the reception multiple times for the same request. The Wi-Fi connectivity in certain rooms was really poor, the mirror in the room was not clean enough, and although there was a TV, none of the channels were working.Overall, it was a good stay with a few areas that could be improved.

The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and decent, providing a peaceful environment after a long day.The buffet breakfast was awesome, with a great variety and excellent taste. What really touched my heart was their thoughtfulness on 1st January (Thursday) when I was fasting. I informed the team, and they went out of their way to prepare special fasting food for me. This level of care and personalization is rare and truly appreciated.A special mention to Nisha at the front desk ,she was extremely helpful, attentive, and ensured all our requirements were handled smoothly with a warm smile.To make the New Year even more special, the hotel surprised all guests with a Happy New Year gift, which was a beautiful gesture and created wonderful memories.Overall, Marigold Hotel doesn’t just offer a stay, they offer care, respect, and genuine hospitality.
