Rooms need a lot of renovation. During our stay there was lot of rain and water came inside our room from the glass. Also, bathroom was not well maintained and shower curtains had fungus marks on it.

Stay: 3rd October 2026 – 4th October 2026I would like to share my honest and constructive feedback about my recent stay at Pride International, Shirdi.1. Check-in & ReceptionWe checked in at around 4:00 PM.The reception experience could have been warmer, as there was no greeting or welcoming interaction.I had specifically requested a higher-floor, quiet, non-smoking room while booking and received confirmation that the request had been processed. Initially, a first-floor room was allocated, but the reception manager provided a 3rd-floor room upon my request.2. Room & AmenitiesThe room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was good.The pillows could have been fresher and better presented.The room boy was helpful with our luggage.The electric kettle was not working, but it was promptly replaced after we contacted reception.The toilet flush was also not working properly. We did not report this as we were checking out and did not want to spend additional time waiting for a resolution.3. Temple Pick-up & DropThe complimentary drop facility to Temple Gate 2 was convenient and appreciated.However, after Darshan, we called the hotel for the pick-up facility, but the vehicle did not arrive.Since the complimentary pick-up and drop was part of the hotel offering, this was disappointing. We informed the hotel manager about it after returning.4. BreakfastBreakfast was good overall. The menu was somewhat limited, but the available options were satisfactory. Idli and Sambar were particularly good.5. Check-out ExperienceAt check-out, it would have been appreciated if the reception team had simply asked whether our stay was comfortable or whether there was anything that could have been improved.Overall FeedbackOverall, the property itself is good, the room was spacious, and the location is convenient. However, the experience was affected by maintenance issues, the missed temple pick-up, and the lack of a warm and proactive approach from the reception team.My main suggestion would be to focus on timely maintenance and better customer interaction. The reception team is the face of the hotel, and a simple smile, warm greeting and genuine interest in the guest's comfort can make a significant difference.I am sharing this feedback constructively because I believe the property has good potential and could provide a much better guest experience with some improvement in service and maintenance.

When we checked in, the bed linen was not fresh\. It was crumpled and looked as though it had simply been tucked in from the previous guest’s stay\. I had to ask the housekeeping staff to replace it with fresh, clean linen\. He was initially not very happy about doing so\. When I told him to just leave the fresh sheets and pillowcases and that I would make the bed myself, he finally did it\.Secondly, the public washroom in the lobby was smelling horribly, and the unpleasant odour continued throughout the corridor\. This was quite disappointing and should have been addressed immediately\.g asWe had also booked our stay with breakfast included\. One of my friends was fasting, so we ordered fasting food (sabudana khichadi) for her and reqddfguested the hotel to adjust that amount against the breakfast buffet, since she would not be having the regular breakfast\. Unfortunately, the front desk staff refused this request as well.

Our time at Tania Inn Restaurant was fantastic. Bhushan Patil, Anil, and Rishikesh delivered exceptional service during our stay. They were professional, friendly, attentive, and truly cared for our needs. Their warm and polite service enhanced our dining experience greatly. We appreciate the excellent hospitality!
