Responding to the owner's reply on my review:I don't know why you think that paying for a few extra water bottles or tea made us give you 1 star review? Do not misrepresent the reason for our review and misguide people.The main concern was the additional charge for staying a few minutes past checkout time, despite the entire floor being empty. Our brief delay was due to unavoidable circumstances, and we were not informed beforehand that such strict charges would apply.Additionally, when we tried to understand the charges, the reception staff’s tone was rude and dismissive rather than helpful.We believe hospitality is not just about policies, but also about how guests are treated during conversations as wellPS: Your response here 'mirrors' the 'dismissive' attitude we encountered at reception.

Misleading and Uncomfortable Stay ’ Not RecommendedMy experience at Sai Gurusthan Hotel was disappointing. The room looked nothing like the photos shown on the website or the internet. It was very small, dark, and especially suffocating on the ground floor. Even basic amenities were lacking ’ the water tap in the basin didn’t work. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and not worth the price. Definitely not recommended.
