I am disappointed with my recent stay at this property.The hotel is currently under construction, but this was not disclosed at the time of booking. Out of our 7 rooms, 5 rooms had water leaking from the air conditioner directly onto the beds, which made the stay very uncomfortable.The overall quality of the property was not up to the standard expected for the price we paid. We booked this hotel on Agoda because it was listed as a 4-star property, but the actual experience did not match that rating.The breakfast quality was poor, and there was not enough tea available for all the guests. The service and food quality were below expectations.Considering the price, there are many better hotel options available in Shirdi. Based on my experience, I do not feel this property offers good value for money.I hope Agoda reviews this property carefully so that future guests have accurate expectations.
The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff are polite and helpful. This was my first visit to the establishment, and I intend to book the Sairaah Golden Suites on my next visit. The Studio Suite room is particularly noteworthy for its cleanliness and the provision of 24-hours hot water. Ample Parking space available. Location is behind wet n joy water park. They should provide pick up and drop facility to the temple. Overall good experience with this stay.
