Good clean room. Bad breakfast options. Hotel did not provide a shuttle to the temple like most good hotels in Shirdi do. Temple is walkable but not feasible if you have little kids and old parents in the group. I booked the room with Agoda under a cashback offer. The hotel never updated updated Agoda that I arrived and stayed the night. Agoda did not give me the cashback; so i ended up paying more than I should have.
We had a very pleasant stay! The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, clean rooms, and extremely supportive and courteous staff. The prices are reasonable, making it excellent value for money. The hotel and its facilities feel relatively new and well-maintained.The restaurant service was good, with tasty food at reasonable prices. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Even after checkout, the staff kindly offered to keep our luggage until our train departure and offered us with arrangements to freshen up before leaving, without us having to make much of a request.Such thoughtful gestures make a big difference and reflect the genuine care of the staff. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and great value for money. Highly recommended!
