**’ 0 Star ’ The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life**This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The staff has no respect for guests and doesn't know how to communicate professionally.The room was in terrible condition. The air conditioner was not working properly, there was a bad smell throughout the room, the bed was dirty, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The geyser didn't work, and the Wi-Fi only available on ground floor.What disappointed me the most was the staff's attitude. Instead of helping when we reported these issues, they laughed and showed no interest in resolving anything. Their customer service is extremely poor.The hotel also has an unfair booking policy. They pressure guests into keeping their bookings, and if you cancel, they refuse to provide a refund. There is also a huge difference between the online and offline prices. When questioned, they simply say that the online prices are different without offering any proper explanation.This hotel does not deserve to be rated as a 3-star or 4-star property. I would never recommend it to anyone. My entire trip was wonderful, except for my stay at this hotel, which completely spoiled the experience.People say, "Every beautiful thing has one flaw." This hotel was the only flaw in my otherwise amazing trip. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through the same disappointing experience.

I visited Hotel Sai Sangam with my family for lunch and found a cockroach in the food. When I complained to the staff, they argued with me instead of resolving the issue. This was very unhygienic and disappointing. I request you to take necessary action against the hotel.

Our experience with Sai Sangam was horrific ’ an absolute nightmare. The staff was rude, untrained, and dishonest. The rooms were handed over to us without being cleaned, and the excuse given was a shortage of housekeeping staff. The toilet bin was overflowing with used tissues, used earbuds were lying on the dressing table, the TV remote wasn’t working, and even the doormat outside the room was filthy.To make matters worse, there was no proper network or WiFi connection, and in the scorching heat, the A/C was not functioning. When questioned, the front office staff simply blamed housekeeping instead of offering any solution. Every time we asked for help, there were no answers or accountability.When we requested a refund, we were told that the account had already been settled with the owner. The owner himself was extremely rude and was introduced to us as the manager. The front office lady, who had coordinated everything and painted such a wonderful picture of the hotel before our arrival, had absolutely no explanation once we reached there.They claim to be a 3-star hotel on Google, but this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences. Please do read the reviews of other guests before booking. Horrible, pathetic, and extremely disappointing.

Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The front desk manager was rude and unprofessional, lacking basic customer service skills. We were overcharged by ’500, which wasn't explained or justified.The room was not clean, with visible dirt and neglect. The washroom tap wasn't working properly, and there was no hot water at all, making the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic.We strongly advise against booking here ’ poor management and substandard facilities.

An absolutely amazing stay! The rooms were spacious and spotless, with a great view. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Delicious food and perfect location. Will definitely return!"
