Hotel City Point

Great place for Sai Baba darshan. Hotel is neat and clean with great ameneties and very good service. They pick up and drop to the temple in Hotel car. Breakfast was also very good. The front office staff was courteous and very helpful in managing my requirements. They allowed late checkout at no extra cost. Great place to visit Shirdi. I want to highlight Abhishek Sharma for his great support during my stay.

We stayed at Temple Tree Hotel for 4 days and had a pleasant overall experience. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the food was tasty, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.There are a few areas that could be improved. The indoor play area needs better maintenance specifically, the snooker sticks didn’t have heads nor their chalks available. The swimming pool area would benefit from having a washroom nearby. Additionally, while the staff respond quickly when requested, there were a few instances where requests were unintentionally forgotten something that can be improved with better follow through.The highlight of our stay was definitely the warm and helpful staff. A special mention to the banquet team Adithi, Sunami, Moshmi, and Akshay for their excellent service, and to Radha at the front office for her support and friendliness.Overall, a comfortable stay with great hospitality, and with a few improvements, it could be even better.

We recently had a 5-day family trip to Shirdi and stayed at Temple Tree by Radisson, and it was truly a wonderful and grateful experience. The hotel provided a very comfortable and peaceful stay for our family.A special mention to Ms. Aditi , who was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Her warm nature made us feel at home. The entire staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to assist.The service, hospitality, and overall management were excellent and well up to the mark. The hotel maintains a pleasant atmosphere that makes it perfect for families visiting Shirdi.I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends who are planning to stay in Shirdi. It truly added to the joy of our trip.

Stayed at this place for 2 nights in Feb'26.Location is excellent- near the main road yet in a quiet locality surrounded by farms. The temple is about 1.5 km from the hotel.The food is excellent- typical Radisson experience that we have so far- Nagpur/Lonavala and now Shirdi.Restaurant staff and service is outstanding- thanks to Akshay, Sunami, the manager - Arvind and Aditi who always serve with a smile and are keen to see the guests happy.Rooms- we had booked a family room with 2 king beds. The room was spacious, clean and well lit.Parking- hotel had decent parking space with a plug point for EVs. The charging was slow but allowed for charging making it convenient.

We stayed for a night and the hotel was much above our expectations. Right from the check-in wherein early check in was provided for a room, the size of room, hygiene, cleanliness, the staff hospitality was excellent. A very good B/F spread backed by excellent services- special mention of Sunami, Aditi , Arvind who were always ready to serve with a smile. Many thanks for the same. The hotel provides complementary drop and pik up to/from temple which is a very big help. An advise: The shop near the ’Drop’ tries to sell you many things BUT REMEMBER only flowers allowed inside and’CHADAR’ not allowed by security inside temple so please avoid buying
