Hotel City Point

We recently had a 5-day family trip to Shirdi and stayed at Temple Tree by Radisson, and it was truly a wonderful and grateful experience. The hotel provided a very comfortable and peaceful stay for our family.A special mention to Ms. Aditi , who was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Her warm nature made us feel at home. The entire staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to assist.The service, hospitality, and overall management were excellent and well up to the mark. The hotel maintains a pleasant atmosphere that makes it perfect for families visiting Shirdi.I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends who are planning to stay in Shirdi. It truly added to the joy of our trip.

Stayed at this place for 2 nights in Feb'26.Location is excellent- near the main road yet in a quiet locality surrounded by farms. The temple is about 1.5 km from the hotel.The food is excellent- typical Radisson experience that we have so far- Nagpur/Lonavala and now Shirdi.Restaurant staff and service is outstanding- thanks to Akshay, Sunami, the manager - Arvind and Aditi who always serve with a smile and are keen to see the guests happy.Rooms- we had booked a family room with 2 king beds. The room was spacious, clean and well lit.Parking- hotel had decent parking space with a plug point for EVs. The charging was slow but allowed for charging making it convenient.

We stayed for a night and the hotel was much above our expectations. Right from the check-in wherein early check in was provided for a room, the size of room, hygiene, cleanliness, the staff hospitality was excellent. A very good B/F spread backed by excellent services- special mention of Sunami, Aditi , Arvind who were always ready to serve with a smile. Many thanks for the same. The hotel provides complementary drop and pik up to/from temple which is a very big help. An advise: The shop near the ’Drop’ tries to sell you many things BUT REMEMBER only flowers allowed inside and’CHADAR’ not allowed by security inside temple so please avoid buying

Had a wonderful stay at Temple Tree, Shirdi. The rooms were amazing’perfectly sized with excellent interiors’and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. We opted for the dinner and breakfast package, and the food was impressive with good variety despite being completely vegetarian. A special thanks to Aditi and Sunami from the restaurant for their kind assistance, especially in taking care of my senior citizen parents. If you’re in Shirdi, this is truly the best place to stay, and I’ll definitely be visiting again. The free shuttle service to the Shirdi temple for pick-up and drop is an added bonus.

I travelled with my kids during peak holiday time. And i was afraid that comfort will be a question ?But to my surprise,all staff member including security, reception, restaurant all took extra care for our comfortable stay.They served the food with such love that we ate more then required.In restaurant aditi always came with a smile.Full stars to property and staff.
