My stay at Temple Tree Hotel ,Shirdi was pleasant.The hotel is located in a peaceful area away from the bustle, making it a relaxing place to unwind after visiting the temple. The staff were polite, courteous, and accommodating enough to allow me a one-hour late checkout, which I truly appreciated.However, there are a couple of areas that need significant improvement. The shower pressure in the bathroom was very poor. Installing pressure pumps would make a big difference to the guest experience.The biggest disappointment was the shuttle service. After requesting a pickup, I had to wait nearly an hour. When the vehicle finally arrived, guests were packed in like sardines. As someone recovering from a fracture, I found this especially difficult. Despite explaining my situation to the pickup driver, I was rudely ushered into the rearmost seat. The driver's attitude was discourteous and lacking in empathy, which left a very poor impression.With better shuttle management and improved water pressure, this hotel would offer a much more enjoyable stay.

Our recent stay at Temple Tree Hotel, Shirdi, was disappointing, as several operational and infrastructure-related shortcomings affected our overall experience.One of the biggest concerns was the lack of communication from the hotel. We were never informed about the complimentary high tea, which meant we completely missed a benefit included with our stay. Attention to detail inside the room was also lacking. Only one hand towel was provided for two guests, and the bathroom design was not particularly comfortable due to the small commode opening.The hotel's infrastructure also needs improvement. With only two small elevators serving the entire property, long waits were common, especially during peak hours. The breakfast area became extremely crowded, making the dining experience hectic and less enjoyable.The food quality was generally average and fell short of expectations. However, one item stood out’the jowar roti was excellent, freshly prepared, and among the best we have had.Another significant issue was the frequent power outages during our stay, which caused considerable inconvenience and detracted from the comfort expected of a hotel in this category.Temple Tree Hotel serves its purpose as a convenient base for pilgrims visiting Shirdi, but there is substantial room for improvement. Better communication with guests, upgraded infrastructure, improved food quality, and a more reliable power supply would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Our stay at Temple Tree Hotel, Shirdi was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every single staff member made us feel welcomed and cared for.The service was outstanding right from the entrance. The valet parking team was courteous and efficient, the housekeeping staff kept our room spotless, and everyone greeted us with a warm smile.We were travelling with two babies, and the chef went above and beyond by preparing fresh baby meals for them without any extra charges or hesitation. This thoughtful gesture meant so much to us and made our stay incredibly comfortable.It was also my friend's birthday, and the hotel surprised us by beautifully decorating our room as a complimentary gesture. The decoration was stunning, and they even gifted us a delicious pastry, making the celebration even more special.The kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail shown by every member of the team made this one of our most memorable hotel experiences. We genuinely felt like valued guests throughout our stay.A big thank you to the entire Temple Tree Hotel team for your wonderful hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shirdi and look forward to staying here again!

The place is very well maintained by Radisson and staff is very nice. Feel they need to focus on their food service timeliness. Waiting for 45 mins for food after order is consistent service time and this should improve. Good rooms, peaceful place, shuttle service to Sai temple and this is very well managed.

Pleasant stay close to the temple. The atmosphere is nice. Service is satisfactory.
