Disappointing Faulty AC Stay

I stayed at this hotel for one night. Before checking in, the staff confirmed that the air conditioner was working properly. However, after I entered the room, the AC was not functioning at all.Despite making multiple calls to the hotel staff, the issue was not resolved. One staff member eventually came, switched on the AC, and assured me that it would start cooling in 5’10 minutes. Unfortunately, even after waiting, the AC never cooled the room throughout the night.This caused great discomfort and completely ruined my stay. Due to poor maintenance and unhelpful service, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Disappointing AC Experience

Despite calling the hotel staff several times, the problem was not fixed. Eventually, a staff member came, turned on the AC, and promised it would start cooling in 5–10 minutes. Sadly, even after waiting, the AC never cooled the room during the entire night. This caused a lot of discomfort and completely spoiled my stay. Because of poor maintenance and unhelpful service, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
