Hotel Sai Mahal

I would have loved to give a 5 star but settling for 4 because 2 areas need simple but significant improvements. 1- Service - The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The eagerness to please the customer is visible but what is lacking is proper training in doing simple tasks. For e.g. when we asked for coffee during buffet breakfast the person in a hurry ended up placing the sugar sachets and stirrer on my used plate itself instead of placing it in a separate plate. Similarly, for room service, 2 portions were brought in a single large plate. But why 4 star rating? Its because the intent was always good and it was the training that was lacking.2 - Communication - Clear communication by reception desk was found lacking. We had absolutely no clue that limited room service is available 24x7 till the 3rd evening of our stay. Similarly, there was no voluntary communication when breakfast got delayed or when breakfast mode changed from buffet to at table serviceThe above are minor but important factors for an overall positive customer experienceI will definitely book at Sai Kamal once again

Hotel appears a bit old, but the maintenance is decent and it’s suitable for a budget-friendly stay. Charging stations are available as well, and EVs can be charged in parallel without spending time separately.

Comfortable Stay in Shirdi ’ Spacious Rooms, Excellent Service & Great LocationMy wife and I recently stayed at this hotel in Shirdi for one night, and we were pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of our experience. Though it was a short stay, the comfort, convenience, and hospitality made it truly memorable.First of all, the room was extremely spacious, far bigger than what we expected at this price point. It was clean, well-ventilated, and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed for a peaceful overnight stay. The bed was comfortable, the washroom was clean, and there was ample space to move around and keep our luggage.The electricity was getting cut off very frequently, but the hotel had a backup which didn't let us realize that issue much.What really stood out, however, was the attitude of the staff. From the moment we checked in, they were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. Whether it was helping us with local directions or arranging quick services like tea or extra towels, their promptness and warmth really added to the overall experience. They made us feel genuinely welcome, which is always appreciated when you’re traveling.One of the major advantages of this hotel is its location. It’s just a short walking distance from Sai Prasadalay, which was very convenient for us. After lunch at the prasadalay, we were able to easily hop on a shared rickshaw for just ’10 per person, which took us straight to the main Sai Baba temple. That made the whole visit smooth and stress-free, without the need to worry about transport or parking.The AC worked well and wifi speed was good. Also the hotel had EV charging station which is one of the few in Shirdi.Overall, our stay was peaceful, comfortable, and well-managed. The quiet surroundings, spacious room, and supportive staff made it a great experience, and it felt perfect for both families and couples visiting for a darshan.If you’re planning a trip to Shirdi and looking for a clean, spacious, and conveniently located hotel, I would definitely recommend this one. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit!

Should add more options into Complementary breakfast. Light fluctuations need to fix. Rest all good

Visited Shirdi for an Oath along with my old Parents. The Hotel is very nice , windy and spacious. All staff are very very helpful.I would recommend it as BEST place to stay when you need support and their services are excellent.
