OYO 16354 Hotel Sai Srushti

Hi Team,Overall, it was a good experience. However, there were a few issues during my stay:- The phone line in the room was not working.- Toiletries were not provided except for shampoo.- The shampoo pouch provided appeared to have been used already.- The bath towel provided was damaged.-When I requested toothpaste, it was provided at an additional charge rather than being offered as a complimentary toiletry.I hope these points can be addressed to improve the guest experience in the future.Thank you.

I hv stayed for 1 day only with 8 family members.Location is good bt it's near 800 to 900 meters frm mandir.Services n rooms were nice.In standard room there is no view or ventilation.Deluxe room is quite good spacious n good sun light.N we hv ate buffet bf which is quite nice.Idli sambar n poha rather we r nt eating poha bt it was so gud that we have eaten.N my papa dnt eat idli sambar n poha, so they hv arranged the aalo parotha for my dad they were so kind n helpful.Really guys stay was gud n Haan the owner I dnt knw his name he was so polite n her wife is little bit strict I think so bt she was nice also

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great choice for families.A special and heartfelt thanks to the owner, Kajal Maam, for her exceptional hospitality and personal care. She went out of her way to ensure my child was comfortable and well taken care of, which truly made our stay stress-free and memorable. Such personal attention is rare and highly appreciated.Overall, excellent service, a caring attitude, and a homely atmosphere. I would highly recommend Hotel Sai Srushti to anyone looking for a pleasant and family-friendly stay.

The stay at Sai Srushti Hotel was pleasant and comfortable with clean, spacious rooms and well-maintained surroundings. The staff was courteous, helpful and prompt. Breakfast was good, parking was ample and the peaceful ambience offered great value for money near the Shirdi temple. Manager Kishore also assisted with local transport. Overall, my family had a great experience.

Would give 0 stars if I could.Room was not ready for us when we arrived, we were made to wait 2 hours.The place does not have running water. 4 guests walked out while we were waiting complaining about the lack of running water, and the staff is so incompetent that they kept denying the lack of water.Paint spilled everywhere, paint fumes in the rooms. Not great for anyone with kids or breathing problems. You’ll end up with some after staying the night here, anyway.Would not recommend.
