Collection O Dwarkamai Shirdi

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were extremely poor. There were cockroaches everywhere, including on the floor and even on the bed. The mosquitoes were even worse, and I could not sleep properly throughout the night. The condition of the bathroom was also unacceptable. The washbasin was broken and had been placed on the floor. The door-lock system was not working properly, and when I tried to open the door, the door handle came off in my hand. There was no drinking water provided, and there was a very unpleasant and dirty smell inside the room. The room was clearly not properly cleaned or maintained.Another major issue was the lack of staff support. There was often no staff available to respond to complaints, and even when someone was available, they showed little concern or willingness to help.I simply cannot believe that this property is being operated under the OYO brand/service management. This experience was completely unacceptable and far below even the most basic hotel standards.I strongly recommend that OYO management inspect this property immediately and take appropriate action. Guests should not have to stay in such unhygienic and poorly maintained conditions.

Not good, no parking, no road access very dirty area not good for 100 Rs per day or night full waste of money even footpath is better to sleep

We were both satisfied completely. Room delivered what promised. Staff made our couple stay smooth and we had no complaints about our time here.

The basics were covered for my solo stay. Nothing extravagant but everything essential was there which is really all you need when managing a trip independently like this one.
