We recently stayed at KDM Indore Palace, Shirdi and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, and you can already see how beautifully the property is shaping up. The upgrades are giving the place a fresh and modern look.The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay. The location is convenient for visiting Sai Baba Temple, which makes it ideal for pilgrims and families.Even during renovation, the overall experience was smooth and comfortable. Once the work is completed, this place will look even more impressive.Would suggest anyday.

We were there on 7th-8th February.Rooms and toilets are clean.The staff is very cooperative.Food ’ Breakfast was included in our package. They serve a good breakfast and the staff is attentive. However, the breakfast buffet was not served at the mentioned time. We were in a rush, and although they managed to serve it, it took a while.This is an area that could be improved.

I had booked thru clear trip for an AC room, but their system had shown non AC room. No Non AC room is listed on Cleartrip. However the receptionist straight away accepted and provided the AC Room and this shows that they believe in service. But my request is to please have this issue sorted from clear tripOverall extraordinary staff and superb service. Parking available as well. And rooms are good and clean. Bathroom needs to be fixed. Have stains.It's walkable distance to temple as well.

I stayed one night at KDM Hotel Indore Palace (2 rooms booked) and the experience was absolutely horrible.The hotel was actively under construction, with drilling and hammering in the next room at 10 PM. After complaining, it still took 45+ minutes for the noise to stop. This is not a hotel, it’s a construction site pretending to be one.There were open electrical wires, construction debris everywhere, and common areas that felt unsafe and unfinished (see photos/video). Basic amenities were missing: no towels, no shower gel, and clearly zero room inspection before check-in.At checkout, the digital door lock failed and we were locked out of our room. Staff took 30 minutes to find a mechanical key. No urgency, no apology.They were very fast to demand advance payment, but delivered terrible service for the price. A few staff were polite, but that doesn’t excuse this level of incompetence and negligence.Avoid this hotel. It should not be operating or charging guests in its current state.
