Couple • India • Aug 2026Good stay, comfortable rooms, but pricing needs more transparencyOverall, I had a good stay. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the overall experience was satisfactory.One point to note is that the kitchen/food service is not available during lunch hours. However, the menu is available in the room.The main area that needs improvement is pricing transparency. I initially checked Brevistay, where the rate was shown as approximately ’1,300 for 6 hours. When I contacted the hotel directly, I was informed that the price would be ’1,500. Since the difference was only ’200, I decided to book directly with the hotel rather than through an aggregator, assuming this would also benefit the hotel by avoiding aggregator commissions.However, at the time of check-in, I was initially quoted ’2,500 and was later given a ’500 discount, resulting in a final payment of ’2,000. This meant I ended up paying ’700 more than the rate I had seen on Brevistay and ’500 more than the price communicated to me over the phone.I would therefore suggest that the hotel maintain consistent and transparent pricing across booking platforms, phone reservations, and direct bookings.Apart from this pricing concern, everything else was good, and I had a pleasant stay.
