Rudra Royal’’??I really don’t like their service. The room was given to us with unwashed bed sheets and blankets. The pillows were in the room so dirty and very stink without washed and covered with another unwashed and dirty pillow covers. We booked three rooms and none of the rooms were cleaned as we expected. I informed to the receptionist about this and they didn’t take any action till our third to call to the receptionist. I used MakeMyTrip trip app to booked this hotel. It is the verse people to deal with. I would strongly recommend to not to use the MakeMyTrip app to use the if anyone want to use this app to book any rooms.

I strongly advise against using the MakeMyTrip app if anyone wants to book rooms.

Wonderful staff, absolutely well maintained, courteous waiters. This place is a must to stay if you are visiting Shirdi Mandir.
