The hotel is situated in a great spot, just about 500 meters from Shirdi Temple, making it very convenient for visitors. However, my stay had mixed aspects regarding the room and staff. The AC in our first-floor room was noisy and leaking water. When we reported this, the staff said this issue was common in all rooms and the noise was normal. They also mentioned that since they had already shown us two rooms, no further action could be taken. I had to reach out to MMT customer care, who assisted in changing our room. We moved to the second floor where the AC worked well without noise, which made the earlier explanation surprising. Some staff were not very friendly, and one was particularly rude, though I don't know his name. The rooms are small, but the bathroom was clean and well kept. The highlight was the food service—delicious, affordable, and served promptly, which was very enjoyable. In summary, the location and food are strong points, but the hotel should work on room upkeep and especially on improving staff attitude and customer service.

Solo Traveller • Sep 2026We enjoyed a fantastic two-day visit. The rooms were large, tidy, and cozy. Every member of the staff, from reception to housekeeping and cleaning, was very courteous, supportive, and friendly. They also graciously let us store our bags for an additional four hours after check-out, which was very helpful. Many thanks for the outstanding hospitality. Our experience was very enjoyable, and we would certainly suggest this hotel to others!
