Hotel was good enough to stayBreakfast and other facilities were not provided by the hotel. Pictures on this platform doesnt match with the actual hotel
The behavior of the staff was good and the location of the hotel was also good but the price is a bit high, it should be kept a little lower, the hotel was also very clean
The booking clearly mentioned that breakfast was included in the charges. However, when we reached the hotel, they told us that they did not have a kitchen and could not provide breakfast. They also refused to refund the amount charged for breakfast.When we asked about the issue, the staff behaved rudely and did not cooperate. There were also no lights in the washroom and no dustbins in the room.Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It didn’t even deserve 1 rating it should be 0.
