Absolutely amazing food and ambience one can find...staff service was good and they gave us the discount also..the taste of food was delicious

My recent stay here was incredibly comfortable and peaceful. The room was spotless, offering a truly restful retreat after busy days exploring Varanasi. The attentive staff made my visit genuinely pleasant. A solid option for anyone visiting the city.

Good hotel for the price compared to properties like Amayaa and Rivatas. The room was spacious and comfortable. The front office staff was helpful, and the breakfast chef was very humble.However, the service was not up to the mark as some staff members seemed untrained and struggled with serving food properly. Overall, it was a good experience but for lunch in restaurant staff behaviour was not up to mark.

We stayed two days in this hotel with family (29-31 March 2026) we were here to attend one family marriageLet me tell you our little story to get my pointsBefore checking in this hotel, we were stays at Pristine hotel near comfort inn for one day and shifted here after knowing this hotel in my morning walkPristine hotel has charged us 7500/- for one night with one extra bad and breakfast which I thought was too much for such a small hotel with no swimming pool and nothing so thought of exploring other options nearby and than I found comfort innMy wife is very particular about cleanliness and other things so I was worried about it, the first thought was whether this hotel will match my wife’s expectations else she will blame me for focusing only on saving money and compromising the comfort so I have personally gone early morning to see the room first and after visiting the hotel, its lobby, the reception people and especially breakfast layout and variety and over and above the rate quoted by Agoda was so attractive ( got higher rate on counter almost 2000/- more what I have seen online on Agoda site)I was completely satisfied so thought of showing it to my wifeMy wife likes the place and our two days was so satisfying which I can’t explained in wordsThe room and it’s cleanliness, the washroom, the AC, the bed all was awesomeThe room service was great, the staff was so cooperativeI would personally request everyone to explore this hotel once before finalising any hotel in cantonment area at VaranasiBest service, great rooms, great food and overall and above the fantastic people

We stayed here with our children and parents for two days. We arrived from Ayodhya feeling quite tired, but we slept like babies ’ the stay was extremely comfortable. The hotel is brand new and very well maintained. Breakfast was served beautifully; since the hotel is new, the staff is clearly putting in their best effort. The breakfast crew was excellent and even made a wonderful specialty tea for us. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing experience.
