Hotel Dolphin Grand Varanasi

We had a very good stay at Hotel Dolphin Grand. The hotel has very good value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is good and close to the Ganges River.The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Varanasi.

We stayed here for 5 nights and everything was pretty average however doable if we are out most of the time for darshan and roaming around Varanasi.One thing which I believe should definitely improve is the F&B section of the hotel. The food tasted okay and their service team didn’t seem customer trained. It seemed like they hardly cared but given they are customer facing I believe some sort of training would be good. The food came slow and even if an order was placed the staff would just roam around without taking an action on the request until we would request more than 3:4 times.One person who stood out and was really helpful to us and kept on checking on us would be Lalit from housekeeping. His service was exceptional as he made sure we came back to a clean room from a tiring day out and took the effort to get us the universal adapter the first day we came. So Thankyou Lalit.

Stayed for three nights. The location is excellent to reach all the main places. The staff is very well mannered and polite. Room service is very good. It has a resteraunt with a good spectrum of food items.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dolphin Grand. It was well positioned for all the sights. Lalit and Govinda in housekeeping and Anshraj in the restaurant were particularly friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and cleaned every day and the food was delicious. Thank you for our stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Dolphin Grand in Varanasi. The check in process was easy and the front desk staff was very polite. Th concierge was helpful in arranging an English speaking guide for us. After receiving a warm check in greeting, we were taken up to our room. The room was clean and tidy with a nice bathroom including shower and standard toilet. The TV uses a WebOS so you can also stream. The real treat was our included buffet breakfast and dinner at Udupi Sagar in the lobby of the hotel. The food was hot and fresh. The staff including Ansh, Priya, Rani and Prabahas were all very sweet, helpful and a pleasure to be hosted by. Whenever we asked for something, we revived it with a warm smile. Would recommend for anyone who is looking to make a trip to Varanasi!
