Ramada by Wyndham Varanasi Katesar (Formerly known as Grapevine )

Since when are guests "forced" out of a hotel lobby at a Wyndham property? The staff was rude, hostile, and completely lacked basic manners. They clearly don't know how to handle wedding crowds or prioritize guest comfort. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated with respect.

’I recently attended a relative's wedding at the Ramada by Wyndham Kateshwar, Ramnagar, and I am beyond disappointed with the treatment we received.’After the Jaimala ceremony, around midnight, we were sitting quietly in the hotel lobby. We had a 2-year-old child with us and needed a calm environment for a few moments. Despite the fact that we had confirmed room bookings at the hotel, the staff began forcing us to leave the lobby.’They insisted we go back up to the third floor where the wedding function was being held. It didn't matter to them that we were paying guests or that we had a small, tired child with us; their only priority seemed to be clearing the lobby, regardless of our comfort.’Why this was unacceptable:’Hostile Environment: As a guest with a room booking, I should have every right to access the common areas of the hotel.’Lack of Empathy: Forcing families with toddlers to move late at night is unprofessional and unkind.’Poor Standards: In any legitimate 4-star hotel, guests are never "forced" out of a lobby area, especially when they are staying on the property.’The staff’s behavior was rude and completely lacked the hospitality you expect from a brand like Ramada. If you are looking for a venue that respects its guests and understands basic hospitality, I suggest looking elsewhere. They clearly do not know how to handle wedding guests or families.

Held our Annual Dealer Conference at this property in Khatesar Varanasi and got out of world hospitality and service. Excellent food quality.. Courteous and polite staffGreat ambience. Overall 5 star service

Stayed for one night with my family at Ramada by Wyndham, and overall it was a comfortable and pleasant experience.The room was spacious, well-maintained, and very clean, which made the stay relaxing. The bathroom/toilet area was also quite large and hygienic, adding to the comfort’something especially important when travelling with family.The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Their behaviour truly reflects good hospitality. Another big plus is the ample parking space available, which makes it convenient for guests travelling by their own vehicles.The only area where improvement is needed is the food. While the quality was decent, it did not fully match the pricing, and there is definitely scope to enhance taste and overall value considering the premium charged.Overall, a good family-friendly hotel with spacious rooms, courteous staff, and convenient parking. With some improvement in food quality, it would be an excellent stay option in Varanasi.

Rooms are good but sanitation & cleaning could be improved.Room service (dine in) is good and inclusive breakfast is having good & healthy options , service by @Asmita is very proactive and professional.Location is bit problematic if you are without own vehicle , getting cab/ autos are very difficult & charging more fare to online estimated app fare.Overall stay is very good .
