Click Collection Grand Gateway Varanasi

A pleasant hotel located near the bypass. The rooms are comfortable and welcoming, the staff is polite, the food is good, and there is plenty of parking available. I've stayed here multiple times, and since it's close to a relative's place in MH, it's a perfect spot with the kind of room I prefer. The rooms are spacious and tidy. Highly recommend if you prefer not to stay within the congested city area.

The service and food are excellent, and the staff are very cooperative.

Our stay at Hotel Click Collection Grand Gateway Varanasi was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Dhruv and the whole team made us feel very welcome. Mr. Navneet at the restaurant was professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect during our visit. The rooms were clean, roomy, comfortable, and well-kept. We really liked how fresh and inviting everything was. The food was fantastic! A big thanks to the kitchen staff for preparing every meal with care, freshness, and great taste. The quality and effort were evident in every dish. The excellent management, wonderful staff, cozy rooms, and superb food all combined to make our stay unforgettable. Everyone was kind and helpful, and we truly felt well looked after. We highly recommend Hotel Click Collection Grand Gateway Varanasi to anyone seeking excellent hospitality, tasty food, and a comfortable place to stay. We will definitely return and suggest it to friends and family!

I stayed in room no.201 and found it to be a nice and clean place. The restaurant service and buffet food were also good. Upon arrival, the reception team greeted us with a Rudrakha Mala. The housekeeping service could be improved, but all other staff members were very friendly and kind. They also offer pick-up and drop services from the airport and railway station. Thank you, Hotel Click Collection, for your warm welcome and excellent service in the heart of Varanasi.

Excellent!
