Excellent stay good hospitality
It was a great stay, staff were friendly, food is good the tea is awesome. Rooms are clean and well designed. Hotel doesn’t have parking within the premises. They park it 200 meters away. No porch and car cannot reach to the porch/hotel entrance. Google can be confusing while finding this hotel.
A F&B staff who sent the room service order to our room came inside the room and picked up Rs5000 from the floor of our toilet.I had dropped the cash accidentally inside the toilet floor when preparing the cash to pay for the room service payment. As the toilet is just next to the main door, he just stepped in and grab the cash from the floor. Luckily my wife saw that and alerted me. When I questioned him, he reluctantly returned the cash to me rushed off from the door entrance.I immediately went down to the front office and reported to the front office staff. There wasn't any apologies from the hotel staff and the matter just brushed off.Will never ever return to this hotel and had advise my contacts to avoid this hotel at all cost.Very disappointed.Selvarajoo Marimuthu
