Service the most pathetic!I checked in at 11:30pm, the guy at the reception offered me a room for 3 of us for ’2000, we bargained and got a room for 1600 and we were to and we did check out at 5:30am.The guy was arrogant. Not something you expect from a service provider that too in hospitality sector.While checking out I asked for a bill of my stay and he demanded me ’80 extra and I asked for what? He answered for the GST bill, and confessed he doesn't issue bills to the customers which results in revenue loss to the govt.The govt. should take a note of it.They did the photocopies of our id proofs but wasn't going to issue a GST bill.Since we were 3, they didn't provide another single bed and we had to adjust in a double size bed only meant for two individuals.The sheets were dirty too nor we provided drinking water too.No wonder why it has 3.7 ratings only.Avoid this hotel at all cost. Book from apps only meant for booking hotel rooms. At least, that way you can reach to the customer executive for any such grievances and actions which need to be taken.

The standard rooms are tiny for the price. Sheets were dirty and there was no mosquito repellant in the room. I asked for them to be changed. The caretaker assured me that they'd be changed by night when I come back from my friend's wedding. When I returned he informed me that the worker who changed sheets etc left in the evening and hence can't be changed and that for that I should have left the keys with them. That was annoying to me, but he did change the sheets himself, however still not very clean. The price is only for the location I guess cause everything is relatively near. The staff is polite but the service is not at all good. Bathroom was good, however the toilet seats could have been cleaner. My friends stayed in a BNB right next to it and it was a lot better than my stay here.
