Not sure if Agoda really does any check before publishing hotels with their facilities listed. One of the worst hotels I have been in life. No cleanliness at all in room as well as bathrooms. Pungent smell across the hotel premises. Receptionists go to one of the open rooms for sleeping and no one stays at the reception site. Had to call atleast 30 min to get one person attending it. There was no water in room. No towels provided. This hotel should be delisted. Despite all this stupidity, the receptionist was had audacity to ask for 5 star review while checking out and he was insisting on giving it immediately on check out.
