The location of the property is quite good, spacious, and well-maintained. It's ideal for families with children due to the ample open space, swings, and activity zones. Parking is adequate, though you must park near the entrance and then use their electric rickshaw to reach your block and rooms. The rooms are average and show signs of heavy use and aging, requiring maintenance, minor repairs, and a full renovation. We found several stains on the floors, the bathroom door was stuck and hard to use, and insects easily entered the room, indicating a need for better pest control. Service is very poor and slow, as the kitchen staff must travel from the front area to the room blocks, causing significant delays; my dinner took 1.5 hours to arrive. Overall, the location and child-friendly outdoor space are positives, but the outdated rooms and poor service detract from the experience. Management should urgently focus on renovating rooms and improving service speed.
