The staff, particularly the manager WASI KHAN, were dishonest. This place is very unsafe for families and we had a terrible experience. At check-in, they overcharged us by adding extra amounts on the payment machine, which we only realized after seeing our credit card statement. The crowd here is unpleasant, with people shouting, using abusive language, and drinking alcohol openly. Prices are excessively high compared to the MRP, such as charging ₹80 for a ₹40 soft drink and ₹60 for a small paper cup of tea that usually costs ₹20 to ₹30.

One of the worst decisions I’ve made was booking this hotel.At first glance, the room looked neat, clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The room itself was actually good, and that’s probably the only positive thing I can say about this stay.The biggest disappointment was the hotel service and restaurant. We requested a TV remote multiple times, but even after two days, it was never provided. We also asked several times for a swimming tube for our child, but the staff ignored the request every time.I paid around ’6,000 extra for a package that included dinner and complimentary high tea, but it turned out to be a complete waste of money.The high tea was supposed to be served at 5:30 PM, but it arrived at 6:00 PM. Both the tea and coffee were tasteless, so we decided to skip it the next day.The dinner was equally disappointing. On the first day, the menu included dal, bhindi, paneer, and chicken. The chicken lacked flavor and was served as a few small pieces of chicken breast. The paneer was decent, but serving basic dishes like dal and bhindi at a resort where guests come to relax and enjoy doesn’t justify the premium price.On the second day, the menu consisted of matar paneer, lauki with chana dal, and mixed dal. This was nowhere near the standard I expected after paying extra for the meal package.Overall, the room was good, but the poor service, delayed responses, and below-average food completely spoiled our experience. I would not recommend paying extra for the meal package, and based on my experience, I would not choose this hotel again.

The stay at "The Jungle Book Resort" at Jim Corbett National Park, with family was absolutely tragic and bad decision of our life. The 04 rooms were allocated on our arrival were utterly unhygienic, dirty. The bedsheets were dirty with bad smell. Toilets were neither clean nor hygienic. Soap was not available in soap dispensers. Rooms AC were not properly working and not cooling. Foods was average. Overall, the stay was not comfortable nor the worth paid for. Never ever suggest to book in this resort. My rating is 1 i.e. PATHETICOur holiday was spoiled.
