Great location with good staff
I stayed at Cosy Chambre for one night (September 12–13) after booking through Agoda. While the hotel scores points for location, the overall experience fell far short of expectations and what was advertised.Pros:Prime Location: Walking distance to Rock Beach and White Town, which makes exploring the main tourist spots very convenient.Cons:Misleading Amenities: The booking listed parking and in-room tea/coffee facilities, but neither was available. Finding street parking nearby was a hassle.Noisy Environment: There is a pub on the top floor that creates excessive noise late into the evening, making it difficult to rest.Poor Maintenance & Cleanliness: The lift was completely out of order, the bedsheets were not spotless, and no basic toiletries were provided in the bathroom.Zero Front Desk Support: We tried calling the phone number listed on Google several times to coordinate check-in and request assistance, but there was no response at all.Unless location is your absolute sole priority and you can tolerate loud music and bare-minimum service, look elsewhere in White Town
Too nosy during night until 12 as they have pub in the terrace.No parking facility and it’s in busy area you have to spend your own time in finding parking and park.Cleanliness is worst in the room given to us it was stinky.
