The rooms were quite comfortable as well as the location which was at walking distance from Rocky beach, white town. Parking should be done on the roadside but that is expected in 90% stays in pondi. For me the biggest LET DOWN was ROOM SERVICE. Checkin time was 12 pm but room wasnt ready even when we reached at 3pm.No toiletries, no towel provided. Also the toilet seemed to get slightly clogged in time from the pipe from toilet upstairs i think.SUITABLE FOR BACHELORS. Quite convenient. ’’

Very dirty looking rooms,poorly maintained, rain water seeping into walls, mould on walls. Dirty floor, stained bed horrible, dirty, stinky, restrooms. Could not spend more than 1 night there. Only pro is the proximity to the beach, but I would suggest to rather book another hotel further away from the beach but in a better state. I have traveled to many places. This is the worst hotel I have gone across.’’Would not recommend to anyone.

The room was supposed to accommodate 4 adults, but the beds provided were only 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When we asked for an extra single bed, they quoted us an additional 500, which felt excessive.- The balcony was extremely small, and the layout was inconvenient with the toilet exhaust and AC outdoor unit. The balcony space is difficult for one person to walk freely.- The AC wasn't cooling properly, which was a major issue given the weather.*Cleanliness*- The bedsheets were visibly dirty, and when we requested a change, the staff seemed reluctant to accommodate our request.- When we left the room for a few hours, we handed over our room key to the staff to arrange for an extra bed. However, even after 4 hours, the bed hadn't been arranged when we returned, which was frustrating
