Very bad service
Pathetic resort with pathetic service Pls avoid this resort
Our experience was horrible and nothing like what was shown to us before booking. We were shown a pool-view room offline, but after booking through Agoda, we were given rooms 106 and 107 in a completely different area/block. The rooms were in very poor condition, with a strong seepage smell and excessive AC moisture. The floor became so wet that it was difficult to walk.The fan was extremely noisy, room maintenance was very poor, and the bathroom was outdated and unclean, with dirty curtains. The bathroom lights were also not working properly. Despite requesting multiple times, no bathroom door mats were provided.They advertised the room as a “pool view”, but in reality, there was only a pool view from the balcony—there was nothing special about the room itself.Another major issue was the “double bed.” It was actually two single beds joined together, which was extremely uncomfortable, especially with a baby sleeping in the middle.We booked both rooms 106 and 107 for our family, and unfortunately, both were equally pathetic. The seepage smell and AC moisture made it extremely difficult to spend the night comfortably. I honestly don’t know how we managed to stay there.Very disappointing experience. The room shown to us before booking and the room actually provided through Agoda were completely different. Definitely not worth the money and not recommended for families, especially those travelling with children.Big big down for country In
