This is worst experience ever. We are booking Suite they give us standard room. No help from ixigo customer care service other than sorry. Totally waste of money. Very disappointed feeling.. Photos and Complaint register but no use.....

This property does not provide driver facilities. The driver has to sit in the kitchen area for breakfast, which is dirty and smells bad. Drivers are human too and should be given access to a bathroom. The response to this issue was very poor.

Meine 2 din hotel book kia tha aur jis din train thi, meine 4 hours k liye hotel extend karne ko kaha. Unhone tab kaha koi charges nahi. Meine 2-3 bar pucha, unhone wahi bola koi charges nahi. Lekin jab checkout kia aur mai rush me thi, to unhone 2000 extra charge kiya aur dhamkaya ki payment karni padegi. Mai solo trip par thi aur us area me network bhi nahi tha, jis wajah se na mai kisi se baat kar payi na puch paayi, jo ki bahut unfair tha. Train ka time bhi ho raha tha isliye mai behas nahi kar sakti thi.

Maine 2-3 baar pucha, unhone baar baar kaha ki koi charge nahi lagega. Lekin jab maine checkout kiya aur main jaldi mein thi, to unhone 2000 rupaye extra charge kar diye, jo ki bahut unfair tha. Train ka time hone ki wajah se main unse behas nahi kar paayi.
