We had an amazing experience and truly enjoyed our time at Daksh the Grand Gobardhan. The staff were extremely warm and efficient, making us feel welcome right from the start. Our room was large, tastefully decorated, and immaculate, featuring a comfortable bed and a beautiful city view. The food at the hotel was delicious. We're eager to return for a longer stay. The front office staff member Soumen Biswas was particularly impressive and friendly. Great work! Overall, I am very happy with my stay at this hotel. _____RAM_____

This is worst experience ever. We are booking Suite they give us standard room. No help from ixigo customer care service other than sorry. Totally waste of money. Very disappointed feeling.. Photos and Complaint register but no use.....

This property does not provide driver facilities. The driver has to sit in the kitchen area for breakfast, which is dirty and smells bad. Drivers are human too and should be given access to a bathroom. The response to this issue was very poor.
