Devka Beach Resort

Visited this place recently and had a pleasant stay overall.The check-in process was quick and smooth, with a warm welcome at the reception along with refreshing welcome drinks. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Devka Beach and several good restaurants nearby.Rooms are spacious and come with basic toiletries and clean towels. The hotel also has multiple dining options Hola Amigos on the ground floor and Sea Breeze, a rooftop restaurant on the 5th floor. The rooftop restaurant offers a nice ambiance but has limited options for a full meal.Facilities like the gym, spa, and gaming zone are located on the first floor. While games like table tennis and chess are in good condition, the air hockey and carrom board could use some improvement. The pool table is available on a chargeable basis. Guests also get around 15% discount on selected spa services.One area that needs improvement is the restaurant service. Despite fewer guests, the service can be slow at times, and orders take longer than expected. Some rooms also need minor maintenance as paint is peeling off in a few places. Additionally, water leaking from AC vents was noticeable near the reception area on the ground floor.The hotel does have a good swimming pool for both adults and children.Overall, it's a nice place for a peaceful family staycation, but a few improvements in service and maintenance would make the experience even better.

I went there for a company event. I stayed there for two days. My experience at this resort was very good.The rooms are cozy. The resort has a large swimming pool and a spacious dining area. The staff is courteous and helpful. The large lawn area really impressed me. The resort is situated opposite Devka Beach. The food is also good. On the first floor, you can find a small gym and an indoor games areaIn the evening, you can enjoy the seaside breeze and a beautiful sunset.

Wonderful Resort and amazing service. Had visited for our office event and the staff was very helpful. The place and rooms were clean and nice. The best part was the food!! Totally loved the stay and I 100% recommend.

I stayed at the resort with family and had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The property is well-maintained, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing family getaway.The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the overall ambience of the resort was very soothing. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made our stay even more pleasant.The food quality was good and well-prepared; however, the pricing was slightly on the expensive side. That said, the taste and service were satisfactory.Overall, it was a lovely stay with family, and we enjoyed the time spent here. I would definitely recommend this resort for families looking for a calm and comfortable stay.

Pros - Good location , spacious rooms , ample parking , clean swimming pools , good waiting and lobby areaCons - the list is endlessService - Room service is damn slow , even if you add a person and pay extra you need to keep reminding that you need extra pillows , towels , mugs , water bottles . They literally argue or say no for pillows , water etcRooms - Spacious but linen has turned yellow, wall papers torn out , backside view is literally pathetic , shower pressure is full only on weekendsBreakfast - limited options , non veg has sausages and nuggets . Nuggets are usually stale and refried during weekdays , service damn slow , live counters are damn slow and weekends are usually worst . Took me 45 mins to get an omelette , 20 mins to find a table and good 20 reminders to keep refelling but they are please punctual to close the service sharp at 10.30 even on weekendsService staff - Restaurant service staff is least bothered, most of the folks don’t even understand the guest ask and therefore helpless . For a property of 90 rooms fully booked they only had 6 staff in full serviceRestaurants - they publish that they have 3 restaurants but only 1 is functional. Prices are super exorbitant and not value for money ! Food takes close to 40 mins to arrive . They cash in on the monopoly since there are no other places to eat outside the resortProperty : No child play area , no other entertainment apart from swimming pool , no gym or sauna , no gaming zoneThey consider themselves a 5 star property but they are way far from it . Lot of improvement needed and lot of service efficiency neededPs - I paid close to 30k for 3 days stay only for room , 2.5k for each meal translating to close to 12k in food cost . If you are spending close to 50k there are much better properties you can explore
