We stayed for three days, but the caretaker was quite rude and behaved poorly. He was harsh and uncooperative, demanding payment for all three days on the very first day. The rooms are poorly furnished, lacking wardrobes, with a non-working TV and a leaking AC. Overall, the rooms do not justify the charges. The caretaker was very stubborn and spoke harshly. There are no facilities like in other hotels. He records customer calls without their permission. Words have no value here. The experience was very bad, and I would not recommend this homestay for families.

I feel really disappointed because this Homestay is suitable only for a single person, not for a family, as there is no convenience for our luggage and not even a single wardrobe to store clothes. Considering the rent, the room lacks basic amenities. Another major issue is the caretaker, who is very rude and records all phone calls if you book over the phone. He insists on full payment on the first day, regardless of whether you stay three or four days, which is not common practice in other hotels. This place really takes advantage of guests. The AC was leaking badly, and they told us not to use it at all, even though I paid for a luxury room. This is another way they deceive guests. The room rent is 1500/- but in my opinion, it should be 500-600/-. Therefore, I do not recommend anyone to stay here.
