When i enter in hotel, i saw rats. After that when i enter in room it’s like such a pee room, smoke fragrance, no towel, no shower. cockroaches every. I saw & upload photos yesterday. Cock
I checked into this so-called hotel with my wife and our 15-year-old daughter, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes. We checked in on 8th March 2026 and checked out on 9th March 2026 just for 1 night. This property is absolutely not suitable for families. It appears to cater more to short-stay or hourly bookings for couples, which creates an uncomfortable environment for a family stay.The hygiene standards were extremely poor. The room felt unclean from the moment we entered. There were clear signs of neglect—dust on the floor and tables, cigarette burn marks and stains on the bedsheets and pillows, and an overall lack of proper housekeeping.To make matters worse, the room seemed infested. We encountered insects and could sense rodent activity, which made the stay highly unpleasant and unhygienic.The staff behavior was also concerning—they appeared unprofessional and somewhat suspicious, which further added to our discomfort.Food quality was equally disappointing and far below acceptable standards.Overall, this was a very poor and uncomfortable experience, especially as we were traveling with family. I would strongly not recommend this property for families, and I would definitely not consider staying here again.
