I would advise against booking this hotel as there are many better choices nearby. The quality here is disappointing. I called the hotel the day before arriving to confirm late check-in, and the staff agreed, so I booked a standard room. However, when I arrived at 1:30 a.m., they showed me a dirty, smelly, insect-infested room, saying it was what I had booked. They told me I had to pay extra for a deluxe room. I paid an additional ₹200 for a slightly improved room, but the photos shown on the app during booking did not match what was provided. I have photos of the deluxe room after paying the extra charge. I booked this on a Saturday based on MakeMyTrip's recommendation. If the hotel cannot offer good rooms, they should not post misleading pictures and ads. This is deceptive and unfair to customers.

’Not Recommended ’ This hotel doesn’t deserve even one star. First of all, the room I was given was completely different from the one shown in the booking photos. Instead, I was assigned a room in the basement. After check-in, I had to wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes just to get running water because there was no water supply in my room. As a result, I had to use another room to take a shower. On top of that, the condition of the room was terrible, and there was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the room.

Don't book this hotel. Not for family atleast. Very rude staff. No respect at all to the customer. You will feel humiliated. The room I have been offered is already occupied by some others. If I would have provision to post photos, I defenately would have shared those photos.

Their service has been extremely disappointing due to personal reasons, I had to cancel the hotel 3 days ago, and now they’re unresponsive. The customer support team isn’t picking up calls, and the reservation team isn’t offering any solution. Despite taking full payment at check-in, they’re not processing my refund. It’s frustrating and needs urgent attention.

It was dirty room or insect was on bad....very bad experience with fabhotels or property. Still skin have too much infection. Already informed at hotel or fab customer care but not any solution.
