I booked a non-AC room and had to wait for it, but it still wasn't cleaned when I finally got in. The sheets were dirty, and I’m not sure if the pillowcases were even changed. The worst part was finding someone else’s clothes and stuff in the closet. It’s honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
