I stayed at this hotel on 23rd April, and my experience was quite disappointing.First, the location shared on Google was inaccurate and significantly far from the actual hotel, which made it difficult to find.Second, when I tried contacting the hotel for assistance, my call was routed to an automated system. There was no option to speak to a real person for guidance, which was frustrating.Lastly, the cleanliness standards were poor. The bed sheets were dirty, and the overall hygiene of the hotel was not satisfactory.Overall, the experience did not meet basic expectations.
LOCATION IS JUST HORRIVKE, NOTHING IS NEAR, NOT EVEN. THEY JUST CLOSE THE MAIN GATE AND SLEEP LIKE ANYTHING, U JUST KEEP ON BANGING THE DOOR, WILL NOT OPEN. WE ORDERED FOOD THROUGH ZOMATO, INFOMED THEM, BUT THE PEOLE ON RECEPTION SLEPT AND DID NOT OPENED DOOR.
Never expected a room without windows, smelling of sewage pipes from washroom. AC plug hanging down, commode leaking water 24/7… the list goes on and on and on… This is what they call deluxe rooms.
