Fantastic Comfortable Stay

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean, roomy, and very cozy. We slept well on the bed, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job daily. Room service was prompt, and the employees were consistently courteous and helpful. I strongly suggest this hotel for anyone wanting a peaceful stay.

Terrible Stay Experience

My whole stay in Hyderabad was ruined because of the unprofessional behavior of one of your Experience Managers, Mr. Nitish Kumar. He sent me the wrong location for the hotel I booked, which caused me to be stuck at that reception for almost two hours, standing with no chairs available. He assured me he would notify the hotel about my early check-in, but that never happened. As a result, the reception didn't even check my booking ID. Eventually, I had to plead with the receptionist, who gave me a room that was terrible. The rooms were dirty, with stained bed sheets, poor quality bath towels, and very unclean bathrooms. Overall, I give FABHOTELS a zero rating.
