Online pics & real hotel rooms are different Rooms & toilets are smelly Early checkin allowed mostly Bedsheets are dirty & not replaced daily/regularly. Prices are high & it's not a fab brand hotel it seems. Avoid it for sure.

The hotel was not managed well. They had no staff for room service. Monkeys entered the hotel at night. There was noise on the floor above till 2 am at night. And there were no available toiletries nor clean bedding and the intercomm was also not working. Worst experience.

Disappointing Hotel Experience

My recent stay at FabHotel Premium Kashi was far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, the experience left me frustrated and disappointed. Here’s what went wrong:1.No Hot Water: The hotel failed to provide hot water throughout my stay. Despite repeated complaints, there was no resolution, making the experience particularly unpleasant in cold weather.2.No Drinking Water Provided: Basic amenities like drinking water were not provided. I had to repeatedly remind the staff, but the response was slow and unprofessional.3.Old and Rotten Pillows: The condition of the bedding was unacceptable. The pillows were old, smelly, and clearly overdue for replacement, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.4.No Room Cleaning: Housekeeping was nonexistent. The room was not cleaned during my stay, trash was left unattended, and the overall hygiene was appalling.For a hotel that markets itself as “premium,” the lack of basic amenities and cleanliness was shocking. I do not recommend FabHotel Premium Kashi to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. This place is far below acceptable standards, and I would advise avoiding it entirely.
