Disappointing Facilities

Although Google rates this hotel as 4 stars, it seems more fitting to classify it as a 3-star property. The rooms are compact and some plumbing fixtures are outdated or even left uninstalled in certain areas. The breakfast was mediocre in flavor, and the restaurant service was quite poor. The amenities leave much to be desired — the children's play area is old and not very clean, the swimming pool is quite small, and while bicycles are available, there isn't a suitable place to ride them. The hotel's main advantage is its location, which is excellent, situated right next to the bus stop and close to many city attractions. For those without a car, this location is ideal. However, if you have a car, I recommend selecting a different hotel that offers better rooms and breakfast.

Our stay in Ekta Nagar was fantastic. My family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff were kind, accommodating, and always ready to assist. The meals at Rainbow were tasty as well. All in all, it was a memorable visit, and we truly appreciated our time there. Strongly recommended!
