Please try to avoid this place, as from my family experience with recent days (2026). We had a bad experience with stay, not secure, bad hospitality. Air conditioning was not working properly. Then they gave us with another room which has low lights. When we complained, they argued badly. So please don't consider this place if you come to angamaly. There are pretty other options available.

Went for family function. Place and Hall is good. But Hotel board is missing so was difficult to find for a person who don't know the place.

Mosquitoes, Poor room service, very poor and Bad response from receptionist, I lost a full night sleep because of their Quality of service.

A mid-range hotel that delivers decent convenience and service for its price. You can expect a clean room, courteous staff, and a good location close to major transit routes. However, don’t be surprised if there are occasional lapses in housekeeping, noise, or amenity availability.

Avoid the Hotel at any cost, there are other Hotels nearby. I booked by mistake as other hotels were full. But after that I visited Angamaly couple of times and stayed at Elite nearby and it was so good for the price.I stayed for a night there last year and became my most horrific mistakes.Issues summary-1, The window was broken and mosquitos entered the room. Not just one but 100s, I would say and it was not bearable. Called the reception and the guy said will call a technician tomorrow. Not even bothered to check and give us another room even though it's not full.2, The rooms were not clean, The toilet seat was filthy, bed sheets had stains in it and some filthy smell all over the room.3, The service - The reception guy who was at night agreed for a one hour late check-out, but the guy in the morning called us before half an hour and told it's not possible. Even when I try conveying that the other guy said it's okay, this person said it's not possible. Really unprofessional.4, We reserved a parking in front, security was there, since there was no much shops nearby we had to take the car and check and told the security that we'll be back in half an hour. But when we came back the parking space was gone, asked the security and he said he can't do anything and we need to park in a narrow filthy side of the hotel.
