Airport Avenue Plaza

I had a one-night stay at this hotel with my family, and it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the rooms and washrooms were clean and tidy.The location is excellent, just 5 minutes away from Cochin International Airport, and you can find many local restaurants and churches nearby.Overall, it is a great hotel and highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

Very good experience with the staff from the day 1 when we got picked from Kochin Airport.Rooms are very niceWe as a family included our two little kids, We have selected only for Breakfast in our package it is good. Also lunch or dinner if you want they have menu you can order it from Al-Madeena restaurant which is also nice restaurant to get food. More over the reception management calm and cool. this Airport Avenue Plaza is in good location but the rooms are not neat and clean, we saw lot of water clogging around the rooms. Towels and bedsheets were very dirty. The breakfast is worse. Couldn't even eat 1 idly, it was very bad. Only good thing about this hotel is the location it is near to airport.

The hotel facilities were unsatisfactory. The AC was not cooling properly and had water dripping, but reception did not resolveRoom Condition:The room layout was confusing and uncomfortable with only a single chair provided.The bathroom had clogging issues, the mirror was not cleaned, and the cleaning staff did not clean the room dailyElectrical Outlets: The mobile charger socket was inconveniently placed, not near the bed.Amenities:Body wash and soap were not provided.Noise and Disturbance: The hotel is not soundproof and is located between a church and a functional hall that often hosts noisy events with crackers and loud music.This caused heavy disturbance and headaches, forcing spending two nights outside the hotel.Staff Service: The staff showed poor responsiveness and laziness, with calls to the reception going unanswered most of the time.Food: The complimentary breakfast was subpar, with hard idlis and poor quality tea. Staff remained unresponsive to complaints.

I stayed a night since had to leave next morning, it’s near the airport, the staff picked up us on time and i’ve no complaints. Had a good and decent stay, staff was polite and well mannered.
