The staff were very polite, friendly, and professional, responding quickly to every request, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I stayed at this property three years ago and reviewed it then. Currently, the service quality is not as good as it was before. I have visited twice in the last 45 days. The location is excellent, right on the beach. The restaurant staff are very polite and friendly, and the food is tasty and enjoyable. However, the car parking area could be better organized. Despite this, I still recommend this property when comparing its price to other beachfront hotels.

I had a great time over the last few days at Golden Tree. From the moment you arrive, friendly staff greet you with smiles and assist with your luggage until you get settled in your room. The hotel is located right on the beach. Although the sea-facing front rooms are under construction, the side balcony rooms still offer plenty of sea views. The food is excellent, featuring basic Bengali dishes and North Indian options like missi roti, naans, exceptional kulchas, tandoori chicken, dal makhani, and chicken kebabs. Breakfast includes fresh juices, sprouts, fruits, North and South Indian varieties, and a local sweet dish of the day. While we dined out as well, I highly recommend the hotel's food as a great alternative. The room service is notably quick and efficient. They also offer some flexibility with check-out times. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to staying here again.
