Only average, not very good.

Our stay at Gopal Sadan in Vrindavan was fantastic. The rooms were clean, roomy, comfortable, and well-kept. The peaceful environment made our visit relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was very courteous, helpful, and welcoming, providing excellent service and ensuring our comfort throughout. They also arranged two auto-rickshaws for us, which made getting around very easy and convenient, with polite and dependable drivers. Everything was well-managed, and the hospitality was exceptional. I strongly recommend Gopal Sadan for anyone visiting Vrindavan. It's a wonderful place to stay with great service, cozy rooms, and attentive staff. Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable!

The place is very far from Vrindavan. The rooms lacked proper beds and blankets, which seemed used. The owner asked me to bathe in his own house, so I chose to check out within an hour. He refused to refund even ₹200 of the ₹400 paid. To clarify regarding the owner's reply: Dear owner, if you don't recall, you or your staff were present at check-in and asked for payment before showing the room. I checked out in less than 45 minutes and was alone on the trip. Since Vrindavan is a holy place, you should have some respect and not treat customers like they are just a source of income. Try to be less greedy next time. I wasn't expecting a palace for ₹400, but I did expect honesty in returning half the amount. Greed is a bad trait.
