Refunds are not provided for incorrect selections. • Toiletries are not provided; guests must bring their own. • Free Wi-Fi is available (up to 2GB per user per day). Additional data is charged. • The café is open 24/7. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. • No-alcohol policy is maintained for guest comfort and safety. • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. All rooms are non-smoking. • Silent hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; noise levels should be kept low. • Parking is limited; contact in advance if bringing a vehicle. The hostel is not responsible for vehicle safety or belongings. • Pets are allowed in private rooms only (not in dorms) at INR 500 + GST per pet per day (one pet per room). Pet owners are responsible for their pets. • Heaters are available on request for private rooms; dorms do not include heaters. • Lockers are available for valuables. The hostel is not responsible for lost items. • A replacement fee of INR 500 + GST applies for lost locker keys. • Hostels use digital door locks accessible via a smartphone app (iOS/Android). A smartphone is required for access. • Guests are responsible for hostel property; damages will be charged. • Unlawful activities (gambling, drug use, illegal trade) are strictly prohibited. Violators may be asked to leave without a refund. • Eating inside dorms and private rooms is discouraged to maintain cleanliness. • Property reserves the right to refuse entry to maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
The possession, carrying, or storage of firearms, ammunition, explosives, or any weapons is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises for the safety and comfort of all guests
