The pages are less to write. Unclear room dirty and torn linens. Old , broken and chipped furniture , waiting hours are minimum 2 hours. Everywhere you can see hump of garbages. Completely broken road towards the hostel. Smelly washrooms Small hell I vacated the room next morning and didn't get any refund due to their non refundable policy.
This was a highly disappointing experience from start to finish.The problems began even before reaching the property. The entire approach road to the hotel was badly damaged, making it impossible for vehicles to reach the entrance. We had to walk the entire stretch every time we wanted to enter or leave the property, which was extremely inconvenient.The property itself appears to be an old villa that has been converted into a hostel with very little maintenance. Cleanliness was a major concern throughout our stay. Our room had large spiders and cobwebs, the furniture was old and worn out, and the washrooms were untidy and poorly maintained. The common areas felt more like storage rooms or a warehouse than welcoming social spaces.For a hostel, the facilities were far below expectations. There were no proper recreational activities, games, or comfortable common areas where guests could relax and socialize. The overall atmosphere felt neglected, eerie, and nowhere near the standards typically associated with goSTOPS.The only positive aspects of our stay were the staff and the food. The staff members were polite, helpful, and courteous throughout, and the food was quite good.Unfortunately, these positives were not enough to make up for the overall experience. I would not recommend this property.
Very disappointing stay. The property is nothing like the photos shown on Agoda. The rooms were old, poorly maintained, with broken wooden flooring and exposed nails, making them unsafe for children. Damp walls, cracks, cobwebs, dirty corners, and stained mattresses reflected poor hygiene. Even after requesting housekeeping twice, cleanliness did not improve. The play area had broken and missing equipment. The approach road was full of huge potholes. Staff admitted that repairs were not being done because the property’s lease was ending, which is not an acceptable excuse. I would not recommend this property, especially for families with young children.
