Grand Notting Hills Hotel and Resorts

Very bad and unsafe hotel . It's not a 4 star hotel at all. It's a 1 star hotel. Staff don't know how to behave and how to talk. My wife felt very unsafe there. The staff is not good at all. Internet issues. Very bad location. Food is very expensive and not good at all. Untidy rooms. We booked the hotel for 7 days but checked out in 2 days. We asked for refund and the person talked over the phone was very rude.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Grand Notting Hills during my stay from August 25th to 27th: Upon check-in, we waited for an unacceptable 30-40 minutes before gaining access to our room, a highly frustrating start to our stay. The hotel's WiFi was non-functional, a problem that persisted for a staggering 5 hours, leaving us without a vital amenity. Despite prior confirmation with the hotel about late evening arrival with extra guests, we were denied accommodation and treated disrespectfully by Mr. Vivek. It took an agonizing hour to resolve the issue, ultimately forcing us to send our guests to another hotel at 3am, a situation that was both unsafe and unacceptable. And after requesting the call from the Authority (General Manager Mr. Anjani Kumar), he didn't even bother calling back for the same. This experience raises serious concerns about the Grand Notting Hills' service quality and safety standards. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I could not believe that I get such good place near Delhi at a real Lu great price
